These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute the agreement between participants and ThoughINAKA, a platform run by TAVIKALA Co., Ltd., for our distinctive tours. By reserving a spot with ThoughINAKA, participants agree to adhere to these Terms.

  1. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Secure your spot on a ThoughINAKA tour by completing the online booking form or contacting an approved travel agent.

2.2 Upon receiving your booking request, ThoughINAKA will send a comprehensive Booking Confirmation via email. Please review the details promptly and notify us of any discrepancies.

  1. Payment

3.1 Payment for ThoughINAKA tours is accepted only through credit cards. Participants must provide valid credit card details at the time of booking.

3.2 Full payment is expected two months before departure, aligning with our commitment to transparent and straightforward payment practices.

  1. Tour Cancellation

4.1 ThoughINAKA, a platform run by TAVIKALA Co., Ltd., reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund, excluding additional expenses.

4.2 Participant-initiated cancellations incur charges as follows:

60 days or more: deposit only
59-42 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour price
41-15 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour price
14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour price

  1. Changes by You

5.1 Participants can request changes to the confirmed holiday up to 60 days before the tour.

5.2 Changes within 60 days are treated as cancellations, and charges apply as outlined in Section 4.

  1. Changes by ThoughINAKA

6.1 ThoughINAKA reserves the right to make minor itinerary adjustments and will promptly communicate significant changes.

6.2 Participants can choose to accept the change, book an alternative tour, or cancel the holiday with a full refund.

  1. Insurance

7.1 Participants must have travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, and repatriation.

7.2 Additional coverage for cancellation, loss of belongings, and other potential expenses is strongly recommended.

  1. Guide’s Authority

8.1 Participants acknowledge the guide’s authority to ensure the group’s safety and well-being.

8.2 The guide may request a participant to leave the tour if their behavior may harm or distress others.
